Arts & Culture at the University of Johannesburg is calling for applications for internships funded by CATHSSETA ๐ฃ
A range of internships are available at several arts and culture organisations including:
UJ Arts & Culture - Interns will be based at the UJ Arts Centre on the Kingsway Campus in Auckland Park
Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture (FADA) - Interns will be based at the FADA Building on the Bunting Road Campus in Auckland Park)
Business and Arts South Africa (BASA) - Interns will be based at the BASA offices in Melville.
POPArt Studios โ Interns will be remote and work at various venues in a festival environment.
There are 30 internships available related to:
Copywriting
Multimedia Design
Sound Technician
Lighting Technician
Digital Artist
Gallery or Museum Assistant/Guide
Sales / Marketing
Event Management
Programme / Project Administration
Internships will commence December 2022 and run for a period of 12-months. Recent graduates with relevant qualifications are eligible to apply. Applications will close at 12 pm on 19th October 2022 and no late applications will be accepted. Applicants will be paid a monthly stipend of R5 000.00.
