Aqua Therapy is a gentle, supported way to move, recover and relax.

Whether you are dealing with stiff or painful joints, recovering from an injury, wanting to improve mobility and strength or simply looking for a form of movement that feels good on your body, Aqua Therapy could be for you.

Sessions are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 10:30 and 12:00.

R170 per session
or R650 per month for 4 sessions.

KOUGA SWIMMERS BRING HOME TOP RESULTS AT PEA JUNIOR GALA

A group of young Kouga swimmers made their presence felt in the pool, claiming first, second, third and fourth-place finishes at the PEA (Port Elizabeth Aquatics) Junior Spring Gala on 19 September 2026.

Representing Kouga Swim School against swimmers from several other swimming schools, the small team produced a string of impressive performances across their respective age groups.

Despite competing with a relatively small team, the swimmers held their own against competitors from larger schools and returned with results Kouga Swim School can be proud of.

The school also thanked Coaches Ashleigh, Monique and Busiwe for their dedication, patience and commitment to developing the young swimmers.

Coaches Ashleigh and Busiwe represented Kouga Swim School at the gala and supported the swimmers throughout the day.

Ashleigh said: “I was so proud to be there with each of them, to watch them swim, support them and see them receive their ribbons. Seeing all their hard work pay off and watching them represent Kouga Swim School was incredibly special.”

Aria Vermaak, Jaiden Hoffman, Emma Nel, Jana Bezuidenhout and Kara Kemp can all be proud of their commitment, determination and the way they represented Kouga Swim School.
