Inkosi Lubhoko Comprehensive High School Hosted a Matric Dance for Matric class of 2026 in Durban (Coastland hotel) 22.08.2026
Inkosi Lubhoko Comprehensive High School hosted a Matric dance for matric learners in Durban Coastland Hotel.
The event was the first of its kind in the history of the school.
We would like to thank the entertainment committee commanded by Miss T Shange, Miss Mzolo and Mr Mkhize for organising this event.
We also thank parents for supporting the Matric Dance 2026. Each parent paid more than R2500. 00 for each Leaner to take part in the Matric Dance.
This event was attended by over 30 educators, members of the SGB Mama Thabile Mathenjwa (Secretary of the SGB and Baba Siyabonga Mbhamali (The head of safety at the the School)
Programme Directors of the event Mr Mkhize and Miss Mzolo were among the educators who entertained learners. Mr M. T NYAWO featured exceptionally over Mr Gasongo with his unsurpassing entertaining skills by taking both educators and learners to the blues.
The school is again planning an inclusive farewell gathering involving the entire learners as a whole before the of the year for which we kindly request the support of the community and the general public for its success. We are therefore appealing for kind donations from public and our learners have been durected to solicit for donations. Each grade 12 learner is expected to donate an amount R300. 00. Per learner and R50. 00 each grade 8,9,10 and 11 Leaner.
The school wishes all the best of luck to learners who will be writing their trial exams on the 26th of August 2026 and final exam on the 13 October 2026.
Matric results will be released on the 14 January 2027. Inkosi Lubhoko Comprehensive High School will reopen on 04 January 2027.
