Dear parents, community members and valued partners.

Our school community wishes to honor the life, leadership and lasting legacy of our late, former principal, Mrs C. van Pletzen, whose dedication and service left an indelible mark on our school community.
As a living tribute, the school plans to erect a gazebo on the school grounds, which will serve as a space for learning, reflection and gatherings for many years to come.
To make this vision a reality, we humbly appeal for donations of building materials or financial support. Any contribution, big or small, will be deeply appreciated.

​We are thrilled to introduce two new faces joining our Indwe High School family. Please join us in giving a warm welcome to our new staff members:
​Mr. Sibulele Xaso ⚽
​Mr. Xaso joins us to teach IsiXhosa FAL for Grades 4 to 7. Beyond the classroom, he will be bringing his passion for the game to the field as our Intermediate Phase Soccer Coach. We can’t wait to see our learners excel under his guidance!

​We are equally excited to welcome Ms. Parkies, our new Grade 1 teacher. Starting a school journey is a big milestone, and we are so happy to have her leading our youngest learners as they begin their academic careers at Indwe High.

It is with deep sorrow that Indwe High School announce the passing of our former Principal, Mrs Christine van Pletzen, who tragically lost her life in an accident on 3 December 2025.

She served Indwe High School with exceptional dedication, integrity, and compassion, leaving a lasting impact on students, staff, and the entire school community. Let's remember and always live by her motto. "Your attitude determines your altitude".

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and pray that they find strength during this difficult time. May her departed soul rest in eternal peace.
