🌟 *Holiday Programme – Day 1!* 🌟

What a great start to our holiday programme at 1000 Hills Community Helpers! 💙

Today, our children learned about substance abuse and the important impact it can have on individuals, families and communities.

📝 We discussed:
- The different types of substance abuse
- The causes of substance abuse
- The disadvantages and dangers
- The possible results and consequences of substance abuse

We believe that education, awareness and open conversations can help our children make informed and healthy choices for their future. 🏆 💙

A big thank you to everyone helping make our holiday programme a meaningful and educational experience! 🙏 ✨
