GRATEFUL TO MYSELF

68 HOURS DONE 3 DAYS LOCKED IN.

I am happy I discovered more about myself.

I saw where I am in dance,I am still a rookie I only know a few things And that humbles me.

But I am willing to work hard to be great. Right now I need to put in the work Real work.

Krumpaton didn't make me a king,It showed me how to become one.

The sacrifice is complete. The journey starts now.

My name is Andile kida Mnguni I am a krump dancer from Mpophomeni.

This is not just dance to me.Krump saved my mind.

For years I fought a voice inside me Self-doubt Negative self-talk.That voice that says "you can't you are not enough give up."

I decided to train my mind like I train my body.

*WHAT IS KRUMPATON?*

KRUMPATON is 68 HOURS LOCKED IN DANCING.

It is a SACRIFICE FOR BEING RECTIFIED.

This is about:
*DISCIPLINE* over excuses.
*SACRIFICE* over comfort.
*ENDURANCE* when the mind wants to quit.
*COMMITMENT* when no one is watching.

For 68 hours, I will be locked in the hall. Less sleep No quitting Just me and the music and the battle inside my mind.
