About Midlands Academy

Midlands Academy offers full time secondary education (high school), focusing on individual academic achievements to obtain outstanding results. Midlands Academy offers an alternative to main stream high schooling, offering a smaller environment and improved focus on the individual. The mainstream CAPS aligned curriculum offers the students a competitive and recognised qual

ification. In order to best prepare the students for the writing of their NSC exams, the curriculum strictly follows the requirements by the Department of Education as set out in the CAPS document. The Academy provides a friendly and safe environment, which in return provides a balanced and stimulating academic surrounding; designed to bring out the best in each student. Midlands Academy's students are registered with SACAI (South African Comprehensive Assessment Institute). Accredited by UMALUSI, they are a recognised provider of examination and assessment services, and manage the Continuous Assessment, Portfolio and Examination requirements.
