Springs Of Hope

Springs of Hope held LGBTQI+ event at Mpophomeni Library the LGBTQI+ expressed their worries and feelings of being ignored. We are grateful to everyone who participated, the event was a huge success.

Springs of Hope took part in the Freedom Day celebration at the Mpophomeni Township Hall. The survivors' handicrafts and processed foods, such as jams, Atchaar, pumpkin juice, and melon juice, were on display.

Springs of Hope and uMngeni disability forum collaborated in celebrating human rights day, specifically dedicated to people who live with disability held at Mpophomeni community hall.

Springs of Hope participated in the civil society unmuted coalition South Africa. Capacity building training. Topics covered Governance and Resources Mobilisation.

Springs of Hope participated in the reading aloud day at Zamuthule primary school together with Mpophomeni library.

For the purpose to inspire learners on their first day at school year 2026 Springs of Hope and other stakeholders visited UMthombo secondary School at Mpophomeni township to motivate learners and educate them on self behaviour in school.

Springs of Hope held a successful world disability day altogether with 16 days of activism at Mpophomeni community Hall.

The uMngeni Municipality and Springs of Hope NPO collaborated to distribute products to victim-friendly rooms in police stations in Hilton, Howick, Mpophomeni, and Nottingham.

A workshop on the challenges experienced by individuals with disabilities being held by Springs of Hope in collaboration with the Uhambo Foundation at Mpophomeni Library on the 14th November 2024.

Afsa's site mentorship visit to Springs of Hope was a huge success.
