2020 has certainly changed the way we reach out and talk to people's hearts and minds. I love interacting with the audience afterwards, I learn so much from each person who shares their story with me and have so much respect for each person who gathers the courage to do so. 2020 is all about Technology, can't wait to touch a hand, a shoulder, to give hugs and a listening ear again.

Schools, corporate, churches, women's groups, each has a special role to play to uplift women.

These peri peri chicken breasts with salad was a perfect lunch for my 21 Day Fitness and Nutrition Challenge. I just had to scrape of the sauce.... Not just because it was hot, but because well, sauces or not good for weight loss. But do please commend me for the water!

Where do you find your inspiration? When I am feeling low on energy or happy vibes, I like to be surrounded by children. Their laughter, playfulness and fearlessness is a good lesson in how to really live. This weekend I was blessed to not only be surrounded by my adult friends with childlike wonder and fearlessness, but also by a bunch of toddlers, running around with abundant energy straight after being too shy to say hi to another child. No race blinds, just a simple, "come, come play with me friend" invites exorbitant energy, acceptance and happiness in an instant. I realized this morning, during a Zoom meeting, that what I miss is the cheerful and loud children's voices during playtime. I took it for granted every day, and due to Covid there's no happy children on the playground cheering and laughing and talking. I miss that. But I am recharged with abundance of happy giggles and funny faces and chase games for this week. Have a childlike wonderful week, come play with me, friend!
