Verify the Enforcement Order Details: You need to find out the specific details of the fines that led to the enforcement order. You can check for enforcement orders on your name or vehicle on the official AARTO website.
Pay the Outstanding Penalty and Fees: An enforcement order means you have to pay the penalty amount in full, plus additional administration fees for the courtesy letter and the enforcement order itself.
Submit Proof of Payment: Once payment is made, you must provide proof of payment to the issuing authority or the RTIA. Online payments often clear in real-time, but manual allocation may be needed if technical issues occur. You can send proof to [email protected] if required.
Obtain a Revocation (If Applicable): If you believe the enforcement order was issued unlawfully (e.g., you never received the initial notices, or the details are incorrect), you have the right to apply for a revocation of the enforcement order with the RTIA. This must typically be done within 32 days of the enforcement order's service or presumed service.
Collect Your License: After the RTIA system has processed the payment or revocation and the block on your eNaTIS account is lifted, you can return to the licensing centre to receive your official license disc or card.
