Arty Tots - Arty Kidz Honeydew We provide arty, fun, creative play sessions. We develop children's Fine Motor skills. Children learn through fun-filled sensory play.

Our workshops focus on arty and fun play sessions for mums and tots. Our programmes include Fine Motor Activities and Sensory play. We work closely with Occupational Therapists to stay on top of the latest developments. Classes are offered for children from 18 months to 4 years of age. Workshops encourage freedom of expression in a creative and nurturing environment and are small for individual attention.

We had another wonderfully successful day filled with lots of fun and creativity at holiday club today. The children mosaic'ed beautiful photo frames. The creativity was wonderful to see. There was so much creativity in the air that even Aunty Les decided to join in on the mosaic fun. Next week Monday our theme is Mixed Media. It was our first day of Holiday club today and the day was a huge success. Our theme was Nuts about Nature. The children made bird feeders, hanging seed treats for the birds and a butterfly (girls) or dragonfly (boys). We all had an absolute ball. Tomorrow is our Mosaic Madness Day.

Itinerary
Day 1 (11th December): Nuts about Nature
Day 2 (12th December): Mosaic Madness
Day 3 (15th December): Mixed Media
Day 4 (17th December): Decoupage Delight
Day 5 (18th December): Christmas Craze
Day 6 (19th December): Beaded Buzz

Dates: 11, 12 and 15 December and 17-19 December 2014 (*16th December is a public holiday)

Times: 08:30 – 13:00 (Early drop off available from 07:30am. Enquire for further details)

Ages: 18 months - 13 years

Cost: R150/day
R900 for 6 days
Snacks and juice will be provided

* Booking is essential and spaces are limited

Note: Parents to provide an extra change of clothes please. Aprons will be provided.

We have had a busy week at Arty tots-Arty kidz Honeydew this week. We had lots of fun making Christmas owls in our weekly class and we had the pleasure of running a demo at a local preschool so we can offer the Arty tots-Arty kidz programme there as an extra mural from January 2015.

Last week we learnt about our emotions. Our tots made some beautiful happy and sad faces. There was so much creativity.
