Some of you might know this vehicle as Tom Cruiser, as seen on The Safari Expert YouTube Channel. The 464 000km that it has driven may seem like a lot, but if you ask me, it’s also a testament to how well Toyota’s 1KZ-TE engine was built! This Toyota Prado is perfect for someone looking for a capable and reliable vehicle that’s easy and relatively inexpensive to fix throughout Africa, and who doesn’t necessarily want to spend a fortune on brand new overlanding gear. This Prado is fully-kitted and literally ready to drive to Savute or Mana Pools tomorrow…

I was blown away by how few other vehicles there were, how breathtaking the landscape was and how much we saw... Spoiler alert! We saw FIVE tigers in one sighting 🤯 not to mention all the other amazing creatures and birds...
