So good to see our Past Pupils supporting the Cowan House Marimba Bands at the Hilton Arts Festival.

The Cowan house community is built on connections that continue long after school days have passed.

Our recent Old Boys’ Lunch (1970-1980) was filled with laughter, shared stories and treasured memories spanning generations.

As old friends gathered to reflect on their school days, it served as a reminder that while time moves on, the spirit of Cowan House remains as strong as ever. The friendships, values and sense of belonging fostered here continue to connect past and present, creating a legacy that endures for generations.

Warm congratulations to Emma Linfield on her selection to represent the South African U16 Basketball Team at the Africa Union Sport Council (AUSC) Region 5 Youth Games, to be held in Maputo, Mozambique.

We wish Emma every success as she embarks on this exciting journey and look forward to cheering her on in the green and gold. Go, Emma! 💙🏀🇿🇦

Congratulations to past pupil, Amahlamalinda Cebekhulu, (Class of 2025) for her recent dancing achievements. We are very proud of you!

A big round of applause for our LiveArt Street Crew who won Silver for the group item at Dance X South Africa KZN: Amahlamalinda Cebekhulu, Chrislaine Lukusa, Tiisetso Mojahi, Amanda Mhlongo, Sivuno Khanyeza, Masechaba Lekoana
and Siyamthanda Magudulela.

They were the highest performing group and qualified for nationals. They were awarded R1700 towards the event.

Congratulations also go to Amanda and Sivuno for achieving Silver in the duo item and to Masechaba and Siyamthanda for their Gold award.
