Our boys gave it their all on the field and came away with a fantastic 55–7 victory. It was a great match, filled with determination, teamwork and strong school spirit.

Congratulations to Teaya in Grade 9 and Kayla in Grade 8, who proudly represented Waterfall College at the SANESA event held at Shongweni Club in May.
For Teaya, this was her very first SANESA show - an exciting milestone! She took part in both Dressage and Jumping, showing courage, focus and determination in the arena.
Kayla competed across Dressage, Equitation and Jumping, demonstrating fantastic commitment and versatility across all three disciplines.
We are so proud of both riders for flying the Waterfall College flag with confidence, dedication and sportsmanship.

Our Grade 10 Drama class has been exploring Greek Theatre through the play 'Antigone', with each student taking on a different character. What a fun and engaging way to bring the text to life, build confidence and prepare for their June exams! Through performance and discussion, students are developing a deeper understanding of the text while strengthening their communication and critical thinking skills.
Grade 10 applications for 2027 are now open. Apply here: Waterfall College Admissions

On Tuesday, 19 May, our Grade 12 Afrikaans students had the wonderful opportunity to see their set book come alive. Waterfall College joined Kearsney College for a production of 'Tuimeltrein' by René van Zyl, presented by Pit Productions.
What made this experience so special is that it was not a traditional play, but an interactive workshop where students were fully involved through questions, discussion and direct interaction with the actors. Our students had a fantastic time and hopefully left with a deeper understanding of 'Tuimeltrein', as well as 9 of their 10 prescribed poems. It was a wonderful evening of learning, literature and Afrikaans in action!
