# To help young people to reach their dreams is my calling and passion.
Hi, I'm Mark Crowley.I have a great passion for educating and uplifting people.I believe that learning is a process that is continues.After years I decided to obtain my masters Degree in Educational Administration and Management.Since 2008 I have been involved in training people.I started my teaching career in 2002.In 2012 I was selected by Overberg Education District to train teachers pertaining orientation of CAPS (curriculum Assessment Policy Statement.In 2015 I was nominated as a runner up in the category: "Excellence in Primary School Teaching" at the district leg of the National Teachers Awards.In 2014 and 2015 I trained teachers at the Language Conference at the Cape Teaching and Leadership Institute (CTLI) in Cape Town.
I saw a need to help matriculants in applying for bursaries as well as applications to universities and colleges. All the matriculants I helped, were successful in their applications and that makes my heart jump with joy. I recently did a session on "Positive Discipline" at a school.Give me the opportunity to share my passion for training and development with you.
