An effective, transformative strategy is rarely built in comfort. When tension is absent, it’s not necessarily because alignment has been achieved. More often, it hasn’t been fully tested.

Here are our three tips to bring more alignment to your team 🚀

👉 Start with the human, not the agenda. Teams and businesses are made up of real people, and when these people feel safe to share, stronger strategies emerge. When people feel like the company's agenda matters more than they do, shutdown and passive resistance start to run the show.
👉 Zoom out. People connect to purpose. Help your people understand why these decisions matter and give them a sense of how their role and buy-in fit into the big picture.
👉 Curiosity over judgement. Create room for conversations and questions, and let different perspectives emerge.

This is where many organisations get strategy wrong. Strategy is really about alignment. You can have a clear plan, but if the people responsible for delivering it aren’t aligned, it rarely translates into meaningful ex*****on 🚧

Through our strategy pillar we help leadership teams step out of the noise, think clearly, and align on what truly matters 🚀
