NEWS: The MMC for Human Settlements in the City of Joburg, Mlungisi Mabaso, says they have found that most prime properties owned by the city are leased to foreign nationals to conduct business and South Africans are excluded.
Furthermore, he said some of the foreign business owners owe the city huge amounts in rent.
