Ask children about almost anything and you'll get a split. Ask them about being outdoors and more than eight in ten agree that being in nature makes them very happy. The same survey found children who spend time outside at least once a week were more likely to report very high levels of happiness.

First day of Spring and we couldn't be happier about this sunny day!! We just love and adore new seasons here at Zorgfontein Academy and Zorgfontein Speel-Skool! Our learners enjoyed their lessons on the grass with mountain views and nosey horses! What an amazing privilege it is to have this as your child's learning environment!

Race for Children – Make your Meiringspoort Marathon in October extra meaningful!

The De Rust Nonprofit Organisation 'Youth Potential South Africa - YOUPSA' is asking runners to dedicate their race to the support of educational programmes for disadvantaged rural children in the De Rust area. Runners can gather pledges from friends, businesses & family to sponsor their run, and then donate the funds towards the educational programmes for YOUPSA's children.
