π When an Idea Becomes a Real House β¨
Today, Leon built a big house using construction blocks β so spacious that two children could fit inside! π
Step by step, Leon selected the pieces, connected them, checked the structure, and found his own solutions until a real little house took shape.
π§ This kind of activity develops spatial awareness, coordination, fine motor skills, concentration, imagination, and independent problem-solving.
And there is something else that cannot be measured β the pride a child feels in their own work. When they look at something they have created with their own hands and realise: βI built this myself!β π
These are the moments in a Montessori environment that help children discover their abilities, believe in themselves, and enjoy creating something new.

π Today was a very special day at our Montessori kindergarten! π
We celebrated Dianaβs 3rd birthday! π
Following the Montessori tradition, we held a beautiful and touching birthday ritual β the Celebration of Life Around the Sun. Diana walked her little journey around the Sun, symbolizing the three years of her life. βοΈ
β¨ Moments like this help children experience the passage of time, see how much has already happened during these years, and share the joy of an important milestone together.
May every new year of Dianaβs life be filled with discoveries, smiles, friendship, and many little and big victories! πΈ
π Happy 3rd Birthday, Diana!

π©· Give your child a fairytale! π«
𧽠In Montessori, finishing a task is just as important as starting it. β¨
After drawing, our children independently tidy up their workspace. They know that an activity is only complete when the table and the work mat are clean and ready for the next child.
πͺ£ To do this, they remember the entire sequence of steps: take a cloth, wet it, wring it out, carefully wipe the table and the mat, and then return everything to its proper place.
π§ This seemingly simple activity strengthens memory, as children learn to remember and follow a complete sequence of actions. At the same time, they develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration, independence, and practical life skills.
π± In a Montessori environment, children learn to care for their surroundings, respect the work of others, and understand that keeping things in order is a natural part of every activity.
π It is through these everyday habits that children develop responsibility, independence, and confidence in their own abilities.
βοΈ Outdoor Play Is an Important Part of Learning! πΏ
Every day, our children spend time outdoors, where they play, explore the world around them, and stay active.
π¨ Drawing with chalk encourages creativity, imagination, and fine motor skills. Climbing on the playground strengthens muscles while developing coordination, balance, and confidence. Riding balance toys helps children improve their sense of balance, coordination, and enjoyment of active movement.
βοΈ Even in winter, sunny outdoor play brings joy, fresh air, and new opportunities to discover something exciting every day.
π In a Montessori environment, we value not only intellectual growth but also physical development, because a childβs well-rounded development is built through movement, play, and a close connection with nature.
π± Watching life grow is a wonderful experience for every child. π
Together with the children, we planted bean seeds, and now we enjoy observing them every day as tiny sprouts grow into strong stems with beautiful green leaves.
For a child, this is much more than just an interesting activity. It is an opportunity to see with their own eyes that growth takes time, care, and patience.
πΏ By caring for plants and watching them grow, children learn to be attentive, responsible, and kind. They begin to understand that every living thing needs care, and that small daily actions can lead to wonderful changes.
In a Montessori environment, experiences like these help children develop a connection with nature while encouraging observation, curiosity, and respect for the world around them.
π The most meaningful discoveries often begin with one simple question: βI wonder what has changed today?β
