Hello a Cape Town clay lovers!

We will be hosting another sculpt your pet workshop at the
Barbara Jackson Ceramic Studio facilitated by Okay Now Studio ❤️‍🔥

Saturday
29 August
10am-1pm
R590 per person

You will be guided on creating a sculpture of your pet, using hand building techniques. There will also be a demo on decorating techniques and you will finish off and decorate your piece however you like!

All materials will be provided and you can collect your fired piece from the studio once it is ready.

We look forward to seeing all the wonderful works!

Meet Annchen,

Annchen is an art historian who has learned the therapeutic value of switching off the mind to make with the hands. With a background in art practice she gets excited about artistic skill development and creative problem solving and values all of the weird ideas!

Annchen will be teaching a Wednesday afternoon class 3pm-5:30pm beginner to intermediate.

We are very excited to welcome a new additional instructor to the Barbara Jackson studio!

Meet Danae,
Danae is an educator, creative facilitator, and ceramics enthusiast who loves helping people discover the joy of creating with clay.

From playful children’s workshops to adult classes, they love sharing the magic of clay while building confidence, curiosity, and connection through art.

Danae will be teaching a beginner to intermediate adults class on a Monday morning 10am - 12:30pm

And a kids class for ages 7-12 on a Monday and Thursday afternoon 3pm to 4:30pm

She will also be available to facilitate and coordinate birthday parties, functions and events at our studio.
