The Graeme College family extends our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the families, friends, learners, staff and the communities of Grahamstown Primary School and St Mary's RC Primary School following the heartbreaking loss of two young lives in the devastating fire.
There are simply no words to ease the pain of such an unimaginable tragedy. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected as they mourn the loss of these precious children.
We also keep the young learner who remains in hospital in our prayers, asking for strength, healing and a full recovery.
May the family find comfort in the love and support that surrounds them, and may God's peace carry them through the difficult days ahead.

Mr Barber was feeling a little torn today… and not just emotionally. 😅
A proud old Queenian, now teaching at Graeme, he decided there was only one way to survive the occasion: a shirt that quite literally represented both sides.
Half Queen’s, half Graeme.
But in the end, there was no sitting on the fence…
So, Mr Barber, we admire the loyalty and applaud the creativity but it seems the shirt may need a little editing tonight 🤣
