Dear Parents/Guardians.

Please be informed that, with effect from Tuesday, the school will be strictly enforcing the following:

• All learners are required to wear their full school uniform, including the school tie. Learners who arrive at school without a tie will be sent back home.

• School starts promptly at 07:50. The school gate will be closed at 07:50, and learners who arrive late will not be permitted to enter the school premises and will be sent back home.

We kindly request parents/guardians to ensure that learners leave home early enough to arrive at school on time and are dressed correctly in the full school uniform.

Your cooperation and support in ensuring discipline, punctuality and adherence to school regulations are greatly appreciated.

Please be informed that tomorrow, Thursday, 6 August, school will dismiss at 12:00 to allow staff and some learners the opportunity to attend the memorial service of Mrs T. Yili, which will be held at Joseph Bam.

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Mrs Tabisa Yili, our former school teacher at Ntsika.

The memorial service will be held on Thursday, 6 August at Joseph Bam Methodist Church. We will start at 12:00.

Anyone who was once taught by her, please kindly contact the school as we need someone to speak about her.

Please be informed that on Monday, 27 July, all teachers are required to attend a moderation session commencing at 13:00.

As a result, the school day will end earlier than usual, and learners will be dismissed at 12:30.

We kindly request parents and guardians to make the necessary transport arrangements to ensure that learners are collected or able to travel home safely at the earlier dismissal time.

Due to ongoing technical difficulties, Grade 11–12 reports will be released at approximately 11:00.

Dear parents and learners of Ntsika.

Please be advised that the SMT has agreed to stick to our original Friday timetable, this applies to ALL grades(8-12). This is in line with an Official Departmental notice that alternative dates will be worked out and communicated for the Wednesday and Thursday papers that were not written. In short, tomorrow we will write Friday 05 June papers, as per our June timetable. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note that school is temporarily CLOSED for ALL learners and Teachers until Friday. If there are any developments, we will communicate such using our channels of communication.
