Grade 4s display their hard work. They made “peep boxes” while imaginatively creating the worlds of the books we have been reading, ‘The School Mouse’ by Dick King-Smith and ‘Butterfly Lion' by Michael Morpurgo

Yesterday, our girls played in the first round of the Paribas Rising Stars Challenge, winning this round convincingly. The girls now move on to the regional trials that will be held in Makhanda on the 16th of September. Should our girls win the next round, they progress to the National Championships held in Pretoria later this year.

On Tuesday 18 July, our U13A netball girls played against the Sweet Valley touring team from Cape Town.

The standard of the netball was outstanding! Well done to the girls in green for a well deserved victory.

Yesterday, some of our Junior School hockey girls enjoyed a “Mad Hatters” challenge!

Four teams played and in the end it was the MELONS who took the top spot.

After a cuppa hot chocolate and cookies, the Mad Hatters went on their way.

DSG under 13 takes the lead 2-0 against Sweet Valley from Cape Town on their Tour. Both teams showcase remarkable skills and sportsmanship. Netball thriller against Sweet Valley awaits at 17:00 this afternoon!

Some special moments of our juniors having fun at the DSG Horse Riding Open Day. They also had the opportunity to learn a thing or two from Margot Brookes' engaging talk on horses.

After a very early start on Saturday, our girls took to the field at Woodridge College.

All of our hockey girls played and produced very pleasing results.
