Tutor Position Available – Reading Centre
Location: Strand & Gordonsbay Little Readers Gordonsbay & Strand
Position Type: Part-time
Start Date: As soon as possible

We are a supportive and established Reading Centre looking for a passionate and patient tutor to work with learners who need help developing their reading, literacy, and language skills.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide one-on-one or small group reading support to learners
•Implement structured reading and literacy programmes
•Build learners’ confidence, comprehension, and phonics skills
•Keep brief progress notes and communicate with parents/guardians when required
•Create a positive, encouraging learning environment

Requirements
•A genuine passion for working with children
•Strong reading, language, and communication skills
•Experience tutoring, teaching, or working with children
•Reliable, patient, and well-organised
•Relevant teaching, education, or psychology background is an advantage
•Valid driver’s licence
