The DHET Satisfaction Survey has been digitised into the Student Profiler System as part of our overall support offering.

TVET Colleges can now deploy the survey seamlessly via the Web.

Colleges can administer the web-based, real-time survey with no effort at all. There is no need to create questionnaires, administer the survey, collect the data, capture the data and then do statistical analysis.

The Profiler System Will Help Measure:
Pre - Registration Experiences:
Demographic Information
Career advisory services received.
Admission processes.
Feedback received from the college.

On-boarding:
Registration & Accessibility.
Induction and orientation of new and returning students.
Services provided to the person with a disability.

About Study Challenges: Problems

A survey with success marker results.
The Student Profiler does it all for the college; students even receive an SMS from the college requesting them to complete the rapid survey that should take no more than ten (10) minutes and less than 10 MB of data.

Automated Email:
The Profiler sends an automated email requesting students to complete On-Course Support and Campus Life Experience batteries via their cellphones.

Students can access the study via their cellphones and even the college Wi-Fi, where accessible. Imagine administering a survey and creating the results for less than R1 per student.

The results are instant and in real-time and form part of the student’s overall profile in the Student Profiler System.
