Last week Friday we finally had a day with sunshine after many days playing inside with the rain. We definitely made a day of it with trains & cars, some side walk chalk & loads of laughs😊🚂🖍

Our annual sports day⚽️

Sports day is about coming together & showing our team spirit, encouraging our children to try their best!🥇 Our sports day is also not just for the children but team building & good fun for our parents, a day filled of laughter, a little positive competitive banter & all year round memories. 🏆🎾

Constructed free play with sensory activities is the best way to have messy fun! 🌿

Sensory play encourages our cherubs to learn through exploration & curiosity. It helps to build nerve connections in the brain & this encourages the development of language as well as motor skills.

What better way to spend our sunny days other than some free drawing outside on the tarmac or paper 🖍

We know this all how beneficial drawing can be for our kids, it helps improve their hand-eye coordination & fine motor skills but lets not forget how it improves our ability to think creatively as well was our long-term & short-term memory. Our pencil grasp, crossing our imaginary midline & interpreting & making sense of images.
