We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to every parent and family who contributed towards our recent outreach initiative.

Because of your generosity, kindness and willingness to give, we were able to support Dzulani Children Care Centre, a place of safety that continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children who need care, protection and support.

What makes this organisation even more touching is the story behind it. It was established by a mother whose own son went missing, and from that unimaginable experience, she chose to turn her pain into purpose by creating a place that could offer hope, care and safety to other children and families.

That is what community is about. It is about seeing a need, opening our hearts and doing what we can to help.

To our parents, thank you. Every item donated, every contribution made and every act of kindness formed part of something much bigger. Together, we were able to remind this organisation and the children they serve that they are not alone. ❤️

We are incredibly grateful to be part of a school community that understands the importance of teaching our children compassion not only through words, but through our actions.

May we always continue to raise children who understand that even the smallest act of kindness can make a lasting difference in someone else’s life.

A GRADE R ENVIRONMENT BUILT FOR SCHOOL READINESS ✏️

Heavenly Flowers is excited to invite parents and members of the community to an information meeting about our new Heavenly Flowers Grade R Academy, opening in January 2027.

Our Academy is fully focused on preparing children for the important transition to formal schooling. This is not simply a Grade R class — it is a complete Grade R environment designed to develop confidence, independence, emotional readiness, literacy, numeracy and essential school-readiness skills.

What an unforgettable Farm Animal Day at Heavenly Flowers Preschool! 🐄🐑🐐🐓

Today our little learners had the most amazing time meeting friendly farm animals right here at school! There were smiles, laughter, excitement, and so many wonderful learning moments as the children got to see, touch, and interact with the animals.

To make the day even more special, everyone enjoyed delicious hot dogs together, making it a fun-filled day from start to finish! 🌭❤️

We loved seeing the joy on every child's face and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you to everyone who helped make this special day such a success!

😂🏆 THE “WELL… THAT HAPPENED!” AWARD OF THE WEEK 🏆😂

At Heavenly Flowers, we believe that laughter makes every team stronger… and this week certainly gave us a few unforgettable moments! 🤭💚

🥚 Teacher Anna discovered that microwaving a boiled egg is a little more exciting than expected… let’s just say it ended with a BANG! 💥😂

👚 Teacher Lucy confidently arrived looking fabulous… unfortunately in the wrong colour staff shirt! 😅💗

The best part? They both took it in good spirit, had a laugh with the team, and reminded us that nobody is perfect!

We all have those “Well… that happened!” moments, and it’s those little memories that make our Heavenly Flowers family so special. ❤️

Today our little artists had a wonderful time enjoying a colouring activity! 🌈 Colouring helps children develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, creativity, and confidence while having lots of fun.
