The Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) has confirmed that NATED (N4–N6) programmes, including engineering courses, will be phased out by 2026. These programmes will be replaced by Occupational Qualifications.

Please take note of the following:

You may still register for NATED Engineering (N4–N6) programmes, but all studies must be completed by June 2029.

Registration for the current intake must be finalized before the start of the 3rd trimester.

Application portals are open, and deadlines are strictly enforced.
