After careful consideration and consultation with EWC, we have moved the Live Audition to FRIDAY 14 August to give everyone enough time to arrange transportation with your respective EWC representatives (details to follow).

This session will also form part of your FIRST REHEARSAL. You will get the opportunity to experience the energy of the project, work together as an ensemble, learn choreography and show us what you can bring to the stage.

Please make sure you:
✅ Arrive on time and ready to dance
✅ Wear appropriate dance/rehearsal clothing

✅ Come prepared for a full afternoon of movement
✅ Confirm your transportation arrangements with your EWC representative

Ekurhuleni West TVET College Successfully Hosts Life Orientation Teachers' Session

Ekurhuleni West TVET College hosted a highly informative Life Orientation Teachers' Session at its Boksburg Campus.

Life Orientation teachers from the Ekurhuleni North and South Districts attended the session, which was addressed by Mr. David Modiba, Deputy Director: TVET Curriculum Development and Support, and Mr. Naphtally Mogotsane, Acting Chief Executive Officer of merSETA.

The purpose of the session was to equip Life Orientation teachers, education stakeholders and partners with relevant and up-to-date information regarding the transition from NATED programmes to Occupational Programmes.

The engagement also provided valuable insights into skills development, career pathways, and labour market opportunities available to learners, ensuring that teachers are better positioned to guide learners towards informed career choices and future employment opportunities.

Ekurhuleni West TVET College remains committed to strengthening partnerships with basic education and industry stakeholders to advance skills development and youth employability.
