🇿🇦 This Heritage Day, we didn't just celebrate where we come from—we focused on protecting our future. In light of the deeply concerning kidnappings and murders that have shaken our neighboring Kempton Park community over the last two months, standing together is no longer optional. It is vital.

To do our part, EDA Edenvale hosted 2 FREE Krav Maga self-defence classes yesterday. We were honoured to train with so many incredible individuals who chose to step up, build their confidence, and learn practical, life-saving skills. Our heritage is built on resilience, strength, and looking out for one another. Thank you to everyone who joined us on the mats. Let’s keep each other safe. 💪🔥
