E.g. Graphics Design Business, IT Support, Consulting, Education etc.
Scenario: Government-
Facilitated Design Collaboration
Example:
* Government creates a Program called:�"Local Business Support Initiative"
* Objective: Connect businesses needing marketing materials (Business

Step 1: Business A Applies to the Government Program
