Example:

Step 1: Business A Applies to the Government Program

* Business A: "Urban Café" (a startup café needing promotional materials). E.g. Pull-Up Banner
* Request: Submits an online application for subsidized marketing support.

Step 2: Business B Submits
Proposal to the Government

Step 3: Government Matches
Businesses

Process:

1. The government verifies Business B's eligibility (pricing, quality, delivery capacity).
2. Matches Urban Café with Prime Design & Print based on:
- Geographic proximity (to minimize delivery time).
- Design specialization (food/beverage aesthetics).
3. Issues a government-backed contract to both parties.

Step 4: Service Ex*****on

Prime Design & Print's Workflow:

1. Design Phase:
- Submits 2 draft concepts via the government portal/Client for review
- Urban Café selects/picks a rustic-themed design with coffee bean visuals.
2. Production:
- Uses eco-friendly materials (per government sustainability rules).
- Delivers the banner within 8 days.

Step 5: Client Approval

Urban Café's Feedback:

- Signs a digital approval form on the government platform.
