I predicted your win against England and I have predicted your win over New Zealand today. You will be the World Champions once again. GO BOKKE SOUTH AFRICA IS RIGHT BEHIND YOU. GO CLAIM YOUR TROPHY.

Today I have put some memories of our Trip to Japan in March/ April 2023 for everyone to enjoy beautiful Japan. Martine and I had the most wonderful trip. Total beauty, Japan is very special and close to my heart. My trip was a 3 week Karate training at our KWF HQ in Tokyo. I am truly grateful for everything we do and share together. Thank you , Thank you Thank you.

I have just returned from 3 weeks training at KWF KARATENOMICHI HOMBU.
It was such an honour to train in the classes taken by Hombu Top Instructors Otsuka and Ishigura Sensei's . Yahara Sensei was present most of the time watching and interacting with the classes. He is surely a true Master of Budo Karate.
Thank you KWF HQ for everything that I learnt and enjoyed I will be back soon Oss Gambate.
