We are living our vision and mission as a green school.
We incorporate Environmental Education into the CAPS curriculum and make it sustainability education for our young kids.
Last week we did a clean up on our street. Most of the waste we picked up goes in for recycling.
Do you want your child to be a responsible kid? Send them to FAKANAM Green School of Excellence and Consulting

This week our Grade Rs focused on health and hygiene. They integrated theory with practical on sub-objectives such as hand washing with clean water running and soap, community River cleaning, bathing and wearing clean clothes, keeping our wardrobes clean and carefully ironing and folding our school uniforms.
FAKANAM walks the talk. Welldone Grade Rs and Teacher V.

Being in the 2025 Cohort of Women in the Environment, Africa (WE Africa) has been one of my best decisions. Ladies and gents, meet Dr Fayez Tembon, the founder and managing director of FAKANAM Green School of Excellence and Consulting, Germiston, Johannesburg.

Such a great opportunity to be part of the WE Africa organisation. The teachings and practical experiences have been beyond my imagination. The strategies to radical imagination just do the trick. Together lets create a better environment for tomorrow 🙏🙏🙏
