This post came to me in a simple moment.
I opened my door this morning and looked out across the bay. The mist was resting gently over the mountains and for a few moments everything felt still.
And I thought, wow.
Not because anything extraordinary had happened.
Not because life had suddenly become perfect.
Simply because I noticed.
So much of our lives is spent rushing. We hurry to work, sit in traffic, move from one responsibility to the next, and before we know it the day is over. In winter we leave home in the dark and often return in the dark, barely noticing the world around us.
Yet wonder is not something rare.
It lives in the everyday.
In the colors of the sky.
In birdsong outside your window.
In sunlight through the trees.
In the smell of rain.
In a quiet cup of tea.
In the way the mountains greet you each morning.
Perhaps today you might pause for a moment and really look.
You may discover that the world has been offering small miracles all along.

I came across this post on instagram, sad but oh so true.
Perhaps this post speaks to something many of us have experienced at one time or another.
Not everyone will understand the dreams that live in your heart. Not everyone will see the vision you carry, especially while it is still taking shape.
Yet I also believe there is another side to this.
While it is wise to protect your energy and be discerning about who you share your plans with, it is equally important to surround yourself with people who genuinely want to see you thrive.
That is one of the reasons communities like ours matter.
When a member shares a new course, a new business, a creative project, a book, a page, or a post, a simple act of support can make a real difference.
A like.
A comment.
A share.
A kind word of encouragement.
These small gestures may seem insignificant, but they remind someone that they are not walking their path alone.
The world can sometimes feel competitive or disconnected. We have the opportunity to create something different here – a space where we celebrate one another's successes, encourage one another through challenges, and help each other's light reach a little further.
So yes, move quietly when you need to.
Protect your dreams while they are still growing.
But when someone in our community is brave enough to share theirs, perhaps we can be the people who cheer them on.
You never know how much your support may mean to someone today.

ANCIENT WISDOM FOR MODERN ENERGY
Over the coming weeks and months, I will be sharing a new series exploring one of the most well-known energy systems in the world – the 7 Chakras.
Many people have heard the word "chakra," but are unsure what the chakras are, what they do, or how they may influence our thoughts, emotions, energy, and wellbeing.
The chakra system offers a gentle way of understanding ourselves more deeply.
Each chakra is associated with different aspects of our lives, including love and connection, creativity and emotion, confidence and personal power, communication and self-expression, intuition, and spiritual awareness.
Throughout this series we will explore:
• The meaning of each chakra
• Signs of balance and imbalance
• Crystals and supportive tools
• Affirmations
• Breathwork and meditation practices
• Everyday ways to support your energy
• Ancient wisdom made practical for modern life
Whether you are completely new to chakras or have worked with them for many years, I invite you to join me on this journey of exploration, reflection, and self-discovery.
Which chakra are you most curious about learning more about?

These little images are part of a new series I have started creating called Daily Sacred Pause - even though I am not creating them daily 🙂
They are gentle nervous-system and body-based reminders to slow down, breathe and reconnect with ourselves in small, simple ways throughout the day.
Not every healing moment needs to be complicated or deeply spiritual. Sometimes we simply need a softer breath, a sensory reset, a warm drink, a moment of stillness or a reminder to come back into the present moment.
Each Daily Sacred Pause will explore a different theme – breath, grounding, sensory awareness, emotional softness, rest, self-kindness and gentle ways of supporting the body, mind and soul.
These are being created in the hope that they may feel like a small exhale in the middle of busy days.
