Such a fun and delicious practical session! 🍰✨ The City & Guilds Patisserie students showcased their skills by creating beautiful individual Tiramisu desserts, inspired by the classic traditional Italian favourite. From carefully layered sponge and coffee flavours to smooth mascarpone cream, the results were both elegant and delicious. Well done to all the students on their creativity and attention to detail! 🇮🇹👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Our Assistant Chefs completed their Module 4 practical today, showcasing their skills by creating delicious beer-battered fish tacos and beautifully prepared fruit tartlets. The students demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and excellent culinary techniques throughout the session. Well done to everyone for their hard work and impressive results! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳✨
