GRAAD R PAJAMA DAG! 💤🌙

Wat 'n heerlike dag vol gemak, laggies en pret! Ons Graad R-maats het vandag in hul mooiste slaapklere skool toe gekom en die dag saam met hul maats geniet.

Van sagte pantoffels tot kleurvolle pajamas – almal het die gees van die dag aangegryp! Dankie aan ons ouers vir julle ondersteuning en aan ons klein maats vir die glimlagte wat die dag so spesiaal gemaak het.



GRADE R PAJAMA DAY 💤🌙

What a wonderful day filled with comfort, laughter, and fun! Our Grade R learners came to school in their favourite pajamas and enjoyed a special day with their friends.

From cozy slippers to colourful pajamas, everyone embraced the spirit of the day!
Thank you to our parents for your support and to our little learners for making the day so memorable with their smiles and excitement.

🌧️ *SCHOOL CLOSURE DUE TO HEAVY RAINFALL – 3 & 4 JUNE 2026:* 🌧️

❗ Schools in the Eden and Central Karoo Education District will be *closed on Wednesday, 3 June 2026, and Thursday, 4 June 2026*.

✉️ The affected schools have received official notice of the closure from the Head of Department, and will *communicate with parents*.

🏫 *All other schools in the Western Cape will be open* unless approval has been granted for closure, which will be done on a case-by-case basis.

🌤️ We will continuously *monitor and evaluate* the situation to ensure that schools can reopen as soon as possible, which is expected to be on Friday, 5 June 2026.

On Friday, the excitement kicked off with our Big Brag, where all the players representing our teams were proudly announced. It was a fun-filled event that got everyone into the Interschools spirit.

Our netball and rugby teams competed against Plettenberg Bay on our home grounds over the weekend, while our hockey teams travelled to Plettenberg Bay for their matches. All the teams performed well, gave their best, and represented our school with pride. We are proud of each and every one of them.

Vrydag het al die opgewondenheid afgeskop met ons Big Brag, waar al die spelers wat hul spanne verteenwoordig aangekondig is. Dit was 'n prettige geleentheid wat almal behoorlik in die Interskole-gees gebring het.

Ons netbal- en rugbyspanne het die naweek tuis teen Plettenbergbaai meegeding, terwyl ons hokkiespanne hul wedstryde in Plettenbergbaai gespeel het. Al die spanne het goed gevaar, hul beste gegee en ons skool met trots verteenwoordig. Ons is ongelooflik trots op elkeen van hulle.
