Some tools just cannot be replaced. 🛠️⚡

Every electrician has that one old-school tool in the toolbox — the one that has been cleaned, sharpened, lubricated, repaired and used for years.

You can buy a brand-new replacement, maybe even a more expensive one… but somehow it just doesn’t feel or perform the same.

A good tradesman knows the value of looking after his tools. Proper maintenance can keep quality tools working for many years, but safety must always come first — especially with damaged insulated tools.

🔧 WORN DOES NOT MEAN WORTHLESS

A good electrician knows the value of a trusted tool.

When it becomes dirty, we clean it.
When it becomes blunt, we sharpen it.
When it shows the scars of years of hard work, we don’t simply throw it away — because we know it still has value and there is still work left in it.

Sometimes we need to remember that God looks at us in much the same way.

You may feel tired.
You may carry scars from difficult seasons.
You may feel like you have lost your edge.

But God still sees your worth. 🙏

Sometimes all that is needed is a little cleaning, a little sharpening and some restoration before you are ready to go again.

Don’t confuse being worn with being worthless.

God is still working on you — and there is still good work ahead.

In our industry, we know that things do not always go according to plan.

A simple job can suddenly become a major fault. Equipment can fail. Clients can become frustrated. Circumstances can change in an instant.

Life works much the same way.

The question is not whether challenges will come — the question is how we will react when they do.

Galatians 5:22–23 reminds us of the Fruit of the Spirit:

Love. Joy. Peace. Patience. Kindness. Goodness. Faithfulness. Gentleness. Self-control.

These qualities become most visible when we are under pressure.

Just like an electrical installation reveals its weaknesses when load is applied, pressure often reveals what has been developing inside us.

This week, don’t only pray for an easier road. Pray that God prepares you for whatever the road may bring.
