⚠️ URGENT PUBLIC NOTICE — SWELLENDAM & SURROUNDING AREAS ⚠️

New Skills Academy (Pty) Ltd (NSA) is an accredited training provider registered with QCTO, HWSETA and the Department of Labour, operating across 12 branches nationally.

It has come to our attention that former associates of NSA in the Swellendam region are allegedly offering training programmes — including Caregiver courses — while making unauthorised use of NSA's intellectual property, learner materials, branded documents and other property.

NSA wishes to make the following clear:

1️⃣ No individual or entity in the Swellendam region is currently authorised to issue NSA certificates, use NSA learner materials, or represent themselves as NSA.
2️⃣ Any certificate issued outside our official accredited channels is NOT recognised by SETAs, QCTO, or employers.
3️⃣ The matter is being formally investigated and will be referred to the relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities (SAPS, QCTO, HWSETA, and the Department of Higher Education and Training).

🛑 PROTECT YOURSELF:
Before enrolling in ANY caregiver, first aid, or healthcare course in this region:
• Request the provider's accreditation certificate.
• Verify it directly with QCTO (www.qcto.org.za) or HWSETA (www.hwseta.org.za).
• Contact NSA directly to confirm whether any provider has a legitimate association with us.
