🐮 Moo-vement Matters! 🐮
This week’s Babynastix theme is all about COWS – and trust us, it’s udderly adorable! 🍼💚

✨ Did you know? Pretending to walk, jump, and balance like cows isn’t just silly fun – it helps your little ones build coordination, focus, and memory too.

👶 Wiggle. Giggle. Grow. One mooo-ve at a time! 🐄💫

Did you know that gentle baby inversions (like holding baby upside down for a few seconds or playfully tilting them with support) are more than just for fun?

It helps with:

✅ Balance & Coordination – Stimulates the inner ear
✅ Brain Development – Boosts sensory & motor skills
✅ Muscle Strength – Builds core for crawling & walking
✅ Body Confidence – Encourages safe exploration

💡How to do it safely:

- Always support baby’s head and neck.
- Keep it short—just a few seconds at a time.
- Use gentle, playful motions (like tilting or “super baby” play).
- Watch baby’s cues and never force the movement

Movement is magic for growing brains! 💡✨

Our Babynastix program is a fun, holistic experience designed to support every aspect of your little one’s development — from motor skills to sensory play and everything in between! 💪🧠💕

Each term runs for 10 exciting weeks, and every 4th class is a special Messy Play session — the ultimate highlight for the kiddies (and honestly, for us too! 😄🎨)

Seeing their faces light up as they learn, explore, and have fun is what it’s all about. 💫

👶💨 Your Baby’s on the Move – and That’s a Good Thing!

Crawling isn’t just cute—it’s crazy important!
Every little wiggle builds strength, boosts brain power, and preps them for big milestones ahead. 💪🧠

✨ Why crawling matters:

✔️ Builds coordination
✔️ Strengthens muscles
✔️ Sharpens focus & motor skills

So clear a safe space, skip the walker, and let your little explorer roam! The floor is where the magic happens. 💕

Our babies' brains are hard at work, forming over 1 million new neural connections per second! But they don’t form on their own.

We'd love to give your baby the opportunity to have engaging experiences to help build and strengthen these pathways that last a lifetime.

Join us in Term 3!🥰

Loving our latest addition to the classes - the scooter board! The kids are having to exercise their stability as well as waiting their turn - they can't get enough! 😁
