This is so, so true. People only cheer at the beginning and the end. But the hard, boring, messy middle is where the winning happens.

I don’t love having my photo taken. Like most women, I’m overly critical and see all the imperfections first.
Mirror&Me Studio have a space where you go and have you photos taken. The camera is set up. You get a remote. You pose and feel silly and laugh and then the next day you get a link with your photos. No one else sees them. Brilliant concept!

I’ve gotta say…I really enjoyed this. There is often the pull towards the pretentious side of growth and mindfulness. Sometimes I’m left thinking “huh?” - their faces! 😂
