Our reading therapy team is growing — literally! 🫶🏻 I’m officially heading on maternity leave as we prepare to welcome our little “Pietersielie” 🩷💙

My heart is full as I swap session notes for sleepless nights, tiny cuddles, and all the magic that comes with becoming a mom and welcoming a new tiny human into the world. 👶🏼

While I’ll be stepping away for a little while, I know our learners will continue to receive the same care, encouragement, and support they always have. I can’t wait to return and hear all about their progress, milestones, and successes. 🌟

Wilscha Matthee, an accredited Phono-Graphix Reading Therapist, has been working alongside me and is now a familiar face at Country House School, Holy Cross Primary, Laerskool Mountview Primary, and our Fairview Office Park offices. 🤩

Together, we’re passionate about encouraging and supporting the children of George as they grow in confidence, develop a love for reading, and become capable, confident spellers. 📚💙

Before you hand them technology, hand them a book. 📚 Giving them stories to get lost in before they get lost in screens is far more meaningful.
