The Inkcubeko calendar follows themes and the theme for July is TECHNOLOGY. What better way to close off the month than a humanoid visiting our center! This is Lwazi from the University of South Africa.
What is a humanoid?
Typically it is a robot that is designed to mimic the form & characteristics of a human being. Humanoids are important for many reasons in our society such as in caring for the elderly and sick, they can also be sent to space missions instead of humans!
Overall, humanoids bridge the gap between humans and technology!
