ENERGY SUMMIT ‘23

The challenge with using the same venue for an annual event is transforming the look and feel of the space and providing a unique event experience.

at Melrose Arch is a neutral event space to create in and we loved elevating the grey venue with elegant, modern lounge pockets in our clients brand colours of cobalt blue and sterling silver.

We used clear perspex chairs, glass side tables and modern black cocktail furniture to reflect the scenic lighting and create a high tech-modern look.

The overall aesthetic was softened with fresh tropical plants, dried floral arrangements and lighting.

We are drooling over these al fresco dining looks, inspired by the sweet life of Sicily, paired with a selection of citrus fruits with fresh garden herbs, blue porcelain China and antique crystal glassware to create a vibrant and elegant table setting. 🍴✨

The WPP Stream event featured a live South African local artist, , who created two beautiful artworks over the course of the two event days. Guests were able to watch his canvasses come to life as they mingled and attended the event sessions. The vibrant and beautiful artworks were auctioned off at the final dinner with all proceeds going directly to the artist. .

WPP Stream Africa is one of our annual highlights and the Stream Africa Tech lab never disappoints. This innovative space features all the latest cutting-edge technology in an interactive showcase where event attendees can play, experientially learn and engage with one another and the incredible tech on display. 📲

Stream Africa’s 2022 Tech Lab hosted multiple activations including virtual reality immersive experiences, augmented reality, avatar activations and an incredible 3D hologram activation. The Un-conference offered attendees an opportunity to learn more about the Metaverse, tech and social media tools and strategy through interactive workshops.
