We were truly privileged to host Mr. GP van Rheede van Oudtshoorn, better known as Copper Top, at our school for a strategic staff session, followed by an inspiring motivational session with colleagues from neighbouring schools.

GP is an exceptional speaker and a specialist in corporate communication and strategic alignment. With a deep passion for communication, leadership, business management, marketing, and training, he has been inspiring audiences around the world since 1998. True to his nickname, Copper Top, he brings the same fiery energy and enthusiasm to every stage he steps onto. His philosophy is simple yet powerful: "I win when others win."

We were incredibly blessed to be part of this unforgettable experience. The session gave every attendee the opportunity to recharge, rediscover purpose, and reignite their passion and calling to make a positive difference in the lives of others and in the world around them.

One thing is certain—we had to fasten our seatbelts that afternoon! It was a rollercoaster powered by contagious energy, unforgettable insights, and endless laughter.
Thank you, GP, for reminding us why we do what we do and for inspiring us to keep making a difference every single day.

A special congratulations to Kagiso Phala, who was awarded a Gold Medal for an exceptional project.

Congratulations also to Sphesihle Mnguni, Ziyanda Sithole, and Nqobile Mthembu, who each received Bronze Medals. We are thrilled to announce that all four learners have been selected to represent Evander High school at the International Science Fair.

This is a proud milestone for Evander High School, as it is the first time in several years that our learners have qualified for the international level. Their hard work, perseverance, and passion for science have truly paid off, and they have made our school exceptionally proud.

Our sincere appreciation goes to Mrs. Shabangu for her unwavering support, guidance, and dedication in mentoring these learners. Your commitment has played a significant role in this outstanding achievement.

Congratulations to all our learners and Mrs. Shabangu on this remarkable success. We wish you every success as you prepare for the International Science Fair. You have made the Evander High School family incredibly proud!
