As we are all no doubt aware, the Government announced the lowering of the national lockdown to level 3 on the 1st of June.
__
Under these conditions the Minister of Higher Education, Science & Innovation issued directions permitting higher education centres to partially re-open prioritizing students enrolled in workplace-based training & practical-based programmes.
__
As per the directions issued by the Minister and our quality council body, QCTO we are officially resuming with contact lectures on campus.
__
Walk-in inquiries regarding course offerings and registration will be allowed under strict regulation in line with our health and safety protocols.
__

These feelings are valid as we charter through these unprecedented times in our lives

As you approach your tasks at home remember to be kind to self; and set systems rather than goals
__
Systems are repeatable set of actions towards a specific goal. That goal may be keeping fit, eating healthy or completing that dreaded assignment. However implementing a system will ensure action and prioritizing of time.
__
Importantly, systems keep one mindful and present in the moment allowing us to accept that which is beyond our control; and focusing on what we can achieve.
