Our Gr. 000 class went on their first outing today!

Tying in with their "The Farm" theme, they explored the Gehren farm.
🐷 🐐 🐑 🐎 🐴 🐽 🐄 🐄

Seeing all the different farm animals and even sitting on a horse caused great excitement!

Avocados, bananas and sugarcane were handed out to everyone after some goat chasing 🐐 🐐 🐐

Thank you, Mr. & Mrs. Gehren - the class thoroughly enjoyed their visit to your beautiful farm!

The Gr. R class had a busy morning out!
🧑‍🌾 🍌 🍌 🌿 🌱 🌱 🌷

During our visit to Chase Farm, we've learnt about bananas, pin cushion proteas, sugar cane farming and small scale peanut farming 🥜 🥜 🥜

We saw some chickens,🐔 🐣 ducks,🦆🦆 turkeys 🦃 🦃 and geese🪿 🪿 🪿 as well as cats 🐈 🐈 and dogs 🐶 🐕!

Affter our snack (at Mrs Cheesman's house 🏡!!) we ended off our farm visit with some educational farming videos to replace playing outside in the rain ☔️

We'd like to thank Chase Farms & Mr Cheesman for hosting us today - we had an absolute blast!
