2.2. Sipho completed his N6 certificate in Human Resources Management from Nkangala TVET College and has an assessor and moderation certificates from ETDSETA. He has been recently been appointed as a personnel trainer at Toyota at eMalahleni Plant.
Sipho wants to demonstrate to new employees at Nissan on how to assemble parts to manufacture one of the cars. Explain SIX guidelines for demonstrations.

It is with my pleasure that I congratulate MAPITSING M for obtaining distinctions in all the subjects , Personnel management N5 88%, Personnel training N5 85%, Labour relations N5 90%, Computer practice not yet resulted, I think he got 100%. no one ever obtain this marks in my entire years working in the TVETs.
