RSDI aims to offer high-quality Education and Skills Development programmes for the commercial industry, government departments and individual students at a price that is competitive in comparison to other educational facilities in the market. The management of RSDI believes there is a current untapped market opportunity because

1) existing providers of further education & training are too commercialised to serve the increasingly specialised and individual needs of the students, and

2) very few of the existing tfet’s give the technical and practical hands on experience needed for the students to be able to find employment.

Our aim is to train your staff to a level where the company will be able to save money by means of productivity and the trainee will have the correct procedures to do the job correctly the first time.

RSDI (Rebone Skills Development Institution) is a provider of further education & training and skills development for Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, with one location in Lephalale and Rebone (Limpopo Province). RSDI is a start-up Educational Facility. Along with a significant level of its own capital, RSDI believes it is successful in serving the Community and the Industry.

Rebone Skills Development Institution is looking to conduct further education & training at its location to meet an ever-growing level of demand for further education & training. The company's initial education offering is Electrical, Welding and Mechanical which will include the practical training programme accredited by Merseta. This type of training are very popular among Companies, Department of Labour and Students because of the need of uplifting the staff and students and giving them the opportunity to gain the necessary skills in the workplace or to be able to find work.

Rebone Skills Development Institution will provide all relevant equipment & machinery for all phases of Theoretical and Practical education and training in the Electrical, Welding and Mechanical fields.
