The little boy in the pictures name is Afzar. His journey with Imaam Ekeraam started when he started at the Ekeraamia Islamic Pre-School. Afzar moved onto grade R, and not in the preschool anymore, but he did not move away from his oupa Imaam. He will randomly pop in after school or Jumaah. Like a grown man coming to check on his Oupa Imaam. He will pop in with a sweet or crisp. It is just the sweetest thing to see, because he is so young. Especially when Imaam is sick, he is there within a split second, because he lives close by. Afzar was the child at the preschool that would be the caretaker of other children, especially the ones crying for their parents. He would comfort them. May Allah preserve him to remain this beautiful soul and to follow in the footsteps of his oupa Imaam, but more importantly in the steps of our beloved Rasool SAS. We appreciate you Afzartjie ♥️
