The general experience of stakeholders with regard to the Inhlosenhle Creche Field Day Event.

Stakeholders are people or organisations that have an interest in Inhlosenhle Creche. The stakeholders of Inhlosenhle Field Day Event:
• Event organisers
• Employees and volunteers
• Members of the community of who attended the event.
• The parents of our learners.
• The most important stakeholders are our learners.
• Sponsors who helped financially)
In managing this successful event, it was crucial for me to engage event stakeholders throughout the event planning process to gain their satisfaction and support for the event resulting in competitive advantage and gaining of their positive and overwhelming experience.
Going through social media and research evaluation and monitoring I found that our stakeholders enjoyed the event as a whole, emphasised by the following:
• The community was involved.
• There were high levels of parents, teachers and learner’s integration.
• Myself, as an organiser and volunteers we benefited from significant personal development opportunities.
• High number of parents and volunteers were involved, giving significant amount of field day activities done as well as educational & recreational opportunities.
• The event attracted other neighbouring areas to come and participate.
• The event provided entertainment to stakeholders in a friendly atmosphere.
• We raised a decent amount of money through donations, this money will help us to renovate and develop our school into a better place for our little ones.
• More likely these kinds of events will continue to happen at Inhlosenhle crèche in the future.
